THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Do I need to make an account to shop in your online store?
    Signing up for an account is not necessary, however, doing so will keep you updated on your order history and tracking information. As well as our newsletter and promotions, when they become available. We often offer special promotion to our 'followers' and registered users.
  • What are the payment options?
    We accept payment via Credit Cards (Master, Visa, etc), TWINT ( for Switzerland residents) and Bank Transfer. Choosing payment via Twint and Bank Transfer (Invoice), the details will be informed once the order is received.
  • For Bank Transfer payment, how long do customers have to make the payment?"
    For payment via Bank Transfer, invoice will be sent to your E-mail address and payment can be done in maximum of 7 days after arrival.
  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?"
    Unfortunately, we can not accept any refunds due to change of mind. If you find any damage/disappointment toward our product, please send us an email as soon as possible.
